Roof underlayment material

Roof underlayment material

Roof substrate material. 【Features】 ○ Instead of rust-resistant painted C-shaped steel, square steel 100×45 (thickness 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm) is used, which is crimped at the corners. ○ There is a special fitting called Douko (dōen fixing hardware) that can be set onto H steel with a one-touch, no-welding method, significantly shortening the construction period. ○ Our square steel (100×45×0.8, 100×45×1.0, 100×45×1.2) is lighter compared to C-shaped steel (100×50×20×2.3), allowing for an overall reduction in roof weight. Additionally, the straightener method achieves a very flat slope. ○ Since it uses hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, there is no need for painting and no concern about rust. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

Roof underlayment material "Orito Shield"

Deteriorated "Monier tiles" make a dramatic comeback! No more hassle of multiple coats, and costs are reduced!

"Orito Shield" is a roofing undercoat material used for surface preparation when repainting a substrate that has deteriorated to the point where the existing paint film is almost gone. It is a paint developed uniquely by Oriental Paints that can smooth out the unevenness of the substrate that has not been filled even with multiple coats of paint. By applying it to tiles that have exposed substrate due to deterioration, the topcoat finishes smoothly, reviving tiles that were once considered beyond repair due to significant damage. Additionally, we offer a variety of repainting paints to match different types of roofs. [Features] - Thick film type - Corrects surface irregularities of the substrate - Demonstrates paint film performance even on severely deteriorated substrates *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
